Andre has 20 years of experience in HR and executive recruitment in the Asia Pacific region. Specialising in the Professional Services and Technology sectors, he has recruited for some of the most recognisable global brands like Disney, Google, Accenture and Ernst & Young. Andre is known for his perceptiveness and ability to understand his client’s needs, and is particularly resourceful in developing solutions and persuading the right individuals. Prior to joining GTSJ Asia, Andre was the Regional Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Administration at Pomelo, a leading Omni channel fashion brand in Southeast Asia. Before relocating to Bangkok, Andre was a Principal with Eric Salmon and CT Partners, based in Singapore. Andre started his career with Avanade (an Accenture & Microsoft JV) in Hong Kong.
